IMPORTANT DATES – 2009
Term 1 2nd February – 11th April (10 weeks)
Term 2 20th April – 27th June (10 weeks)
Term 3 13th July – 19th September (10 weeks)
Term 4 5th October – 12th December (10 weeks)
Major Rad exams: 1st session begins 4th May
2nd session begins 3rd August
Grade Rad exams: Session runs 3rd August–18th September. We will be
advised by the RAD closer to the time of our studio exam dates.
Exam Workshop for RAD grades: 1st & 2nd August. This weekend is
compulsory for students entered in RAD ballet exams.
Exam Winter school for RAD Majors: TBA. This week will be held by
the Rad at Junction Rd, Burleigh. It is compulsory for students
entered in RAD ballet exams.
Eisteddfod Dates:
Twin Towns Solos – 13th to 22nd April. Groups – 2nd 3rd & 4th May
Gold Coast Solos – 4th to 28th August. Groups – 15th 16th 22nd 23rd
29th 30th Aug
Concert Full Dress Rehearsal & Photo Day: Studio-Saturday 21st
November
8-1pm (photos will be on sale at concert)
Concert Dress Rehearsal: Monday 30th November 8am -1pm (G.C. Arts
Centre)
Our concert: Monday 30th November 6pm ( Gold Coast Arts Centre)
Presentation day & Xmas Party: Saturday 12th December 12-3pm
